Low-Gluten
Our oat flour, stone ground from U.S. whole oat groats is delicious and high in vitamins B1, B2, and E. Add it to your favorite pancake, biscuit or bread recipe for true, whole grain oat flavor. Oat flour has a very low gluten content, so for baked goods that need to rise, combine with flour that has more gluten such as Littleton Grist Mill whole wheat and sifted whole wheat.
