This has a light texture ,chewy, and a different oatmeal cookie
from what most of us have enjoyed from childhood.
I found this recipe ,and was surprised that it didn't include
brown sugar! So I had to give it a try, I hope you will too!
Its called a Cape Cod Oatmeal Raisin Cookie.
(All recipes taste so fresh and good when you use the best
ingredients.) Contains Allergens
Ingredient: Our All-purpose (sifted wheat) flour,Rolled Oats,Raisins,Raw Sugar,Cinnamon,Baking Soda,Sea Salt.
You will need to add to the mix, 1 Egg, 1T molasses, 1/2C melted butter,and 1/4 C milk.Makes about 2 dozen cookies.
